Health and Safety Policy Statement
Review Display Systems Limited is committed to providing a safe and healthy working environment and operates an Occupational Health and Safety Management System that complies with ISO 45001:2018 for the prevention of work-related injuries and ill health. All aspects of this documented system relate to the specific requirements of the Company and are subject to continuous monitoring, measurement, and improvement where necessary to ensure continued compliance.
Top management is committed to:
- Fulfil legal requirements and comply with all relevant safety legislation, regulations, and other health and safety obligations
- Provide and maintain a safe environment
- Provide adequate welfare facilities
- Consult with employees on all matters affecting their health and safety and seek their regular participation in this system
- Ensure safe arrangements for the use, handling, storage, and transport of substances and materials
- Provide sufficient information, instruction, training, and supervision to enable employees to avoid hazards and contribute positively to their own health and safety and that of others whilst at work
- Provide adequate control and elimination of health and safety risks and hazards arising from our work activities
Top management shall:
- Provide a framework for the setting, controlling, monitoring, and measuring of Health and Safety Objectives
- Ensure this policy and the related objectives are communicated and available to all members of staff and interested parties
The Company sees this as a partnership with all employees to co-operate with management in carrying out their statutory duties, with the object of raising and maintaining a high standard of health and safety, ensuring — so far as is reasonably practicable — the health, safety, and welfare of its employees and visitors.
Overall responsibility for the system rests with the Managing Director.
