Scott Ford, Managing Director
With over 25 years of leadership experience in manufacturing and electronic engineering across multiple sectors, Scott is responsible for setting the strategy and direction of RDS and leads with a passion for innovation and customer engagement. Under his leadership, RDS has developed industry leading technical capability and competence in technology solution creation and delivery. Scott is driven to help our customers succeed through partnership, by ensuring each and every project meets the highest standards of performance and reliability.
Jackie Kingston, Sales Manager
Jackie has been a driving force at RDS for 17 years, serving as Sales Manager for the past seven. Passionate about empowering others, she thrives on building strong client relationships and guiding her team through complex markets in the industrial technology sector. “Helping others to be successful is what drives me,” she says, a mantra that has fuelled her enduring enthusiasm.
Daniel Burke, Marketing Manager
Daniel brings over 25 years of specialised marketing and engineering technology expertise to his role as Marketing Manager at Review Display Systems (RDS). A strategic storyteller with a deep understanding of industrial display solutions, Daniel excels at translating complex technical innovations into compelling narratives that resonate with engineers, OEMs, and decision-makers across the sector.

Ayrton Harper, Head of Design
Ayrton oversees our engineering and design teams, bringing over 15 years of expertise in embedded systems, display technology, and IoT solutions and design. With a hands-on approach, he ensures our solutions meet rigorous standards like MIL-STD, EN50155, and ISO 13485. Ayrton is passionate about turning complex challenges into seamless, mission-critical systems for our clients.
Peter Marchant, Embedded Division Manager
Peter specialises in our embedded solutions, single-board computers and Box PCs for applications in defense, industrial automation, and transportation. With a background in IT and embedded boards, he excels at integrating AI and IoT into custom platforms, ensuring reliability in extreme conditions (-40°C to +85°C). Peter works closely with clients to deliver tailored solutions that meet exact specifications.
Justin Coleman, Display Division Manager
With over 20 years of experience in displays, Justin supports high-brightness TFT LCDs, micro OLEDs, and touchscreens for industries like medical and kiosks. He is an expert in optical bonding and rugged HMI design, ensuring clarity and durability in challenging environments. Justin is dedicated to supporting user-friendly interfaces that enhance operational efficiency.
Liam Layton, IoT and AI Solutions Architect
Liam leads our IoT and AI initiatives, developing smart gateways and analytics platforms for real-time monitoring and predictive maintenance. With expertise in machine learning and secure connectivity (MQTT, 5G, LoRa), he empowers clients in clean energy, factory automation, and smart retail with data-driven solutions that optimise performance.
