OLED Modules from Raystar

RDS is pleased to present a new range of OLED character and graphical modules from Raystar.

OLED technology has many advantages over traditionall displays. They function without the need for back, resulting in deeper black levels and can be thinner and lighter than liquid crystal displays. In low ambient light conditions such as dark rooms, an OLED screen can achieve a higher contrast ratio than an LCD using either cold cathode fluorescent lamps or the more recently developed LED backlight.

They also benefit from faster response times, improved contrast and brightness levels, wide viewing angles and better power efficiency.
